I heard of "October Surprise" long before I ever heard of Karl Rove. In relation to what Rove said? I know Oct suprise is an election term but when Rove says it, to me, it means Bush/Cheney has something up their sleeve. Not some 527s (they do but they arent working with B/C 04)
