Ahem, let's look at Kerry's quote again:
KERRY: "---The president did not do what was necessary, didn't bring in enough nations, didn't deliver the help, didn't close off the borders, didn't even guard the ammo dumps. And now our kids are being killed with ammos right out of that dump."
regards
read the last two words of the total statement
Same reaction, and I'm not saying I listened all that carefully to every word of the debate. But on that one, I did think, I'm not sure I understand that reference.
OK, let's read the whole thing:
KERRY: "---The president did not do what was necessary, didn't bring in enough nations, didn't deliver the help, didn't close off the borders, didn't even guard the ammo dumps. And now our kids are being killed with ammos right out of that dump."
I can't tell anymore what you're point is. In light of the recent MSM "news" regarding 'missing' explosives al Qaaqa the quote is self evident; John Kerry knew before hand that the MSM was about to unleash this bogus attack on Bush. Are you denying this or agreeing with it?
My point was to respond to your incorrect assertion. You stated that Kerry had spoken about "ammo dumpS" (i.e. more than one) while ignoring the fact that, in the very next sentence, he specifically used the term "that dump" (i.e. a single specific dump).
I strongly suspect that he knew the story was about to break. What would make you think that I'm trying to deny it?
Because I believe the same thing you do, and am trying to make the very same point. But you seem to be disagreeing with me. Sorry for the misunderstanding; in any case, it's clear to me that Kerry had knowledge of the media "story" prior to its release.
