How true but then they do have a trial lawyer on the ballot instead of a seasoned and respected politician

It's amazing that they can't fill out a simple "Voter Registration Form' , but they sure know how to file a lawsuit. It's the DNC lawyers filing the suits. Diaz and others like her are just the excuse. Personally, I sympathize with making mistakes on government forms. I'm sure everyone has done this at one time or another. I also doubt many have sued the government because of it.
