I scored a "5" and was considered not likely. Mostly because I just moved and don't know where I'm supposed to vote (it's written on my voter card on my desk, I just looked at it) and I said "Nearly always" because I didn't vote in the last local elections (school board, etc. -- which I knew nothing about).

Same here. I wonder if some of those people who answer "Always" think, "Yep, every four years, without fail."
