Maybe I shouldn't have used such strong words in that post, but damn it, I find this whole thing extrememly disturbing. That photo is so typical of the attitude towards our laws and our people. The last thing *any* country needs is million mores of those depicted in your photo. It's national suicide.
Gang mentality. They're not so tough unless there's a whole gang of them. Most of them are about 5 feet tall, and I (an old lady) could probably kick their butts. :^)
These jerks, their wives and girlfriends and their kids are literally picking our pockets, it makes me so mad.
