Fraud File: Fla., Ohio Watched

There are more troubles in Florida Thursday for the left-wing Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (search). Another former employee accused the group of mishandling voter registration forms, meaning many Floridians who thought they would be able to vote this year won't be on the rolls and won't have their votes counted.

Former ACORN employee Mac Stuart was in charge of collecting petitions to put an initiative on the ballot to boost the minimum wage. In the process of collecting signatures, petitioners were asked to fill out voter registration forms.

Stuart said ACORN stored hundreds — if not thousands — of voter registration forms for weeks so they could be photocopied.

"Let's say you bumped into a person who wasn't a registered voter. Technically, in order to fill out the petition, they had to become a registered voter, and they would fill out the voter registration card, and right after that, they would just have us have them sign the bottom of the minimum wage petition and we'd tell them we'd fill in the rest later," Stuart told FOX News.

Stuart said ACORN advised workers to backdate petitions, a violation of state law. These sloppy — and in some cases illegal — procedures mean many who assume they are registered to vote won't be able to cast a ballot on Tuesday.

I find it interesting that the problem areas of voter registrations missing or "back-dated" continue to occur in Democratically controlled precincts....and yet somehow REPUBLICANS are to blame for disenfranchising voters? Just like the fact that a DEM came up with the butterfly ballot...yet the Republicans are blamed for the problems with voting..
Mind-boggling!!!

Copying the registration cards sounds like a problem too. Why doesn't every "disenfranchised" voter sue ACORN out of existence? Sounds like a nice class action action. Meanwhile, there must be some criminal charges of which ACORN is deserving.

If you can't get up off of your a** and get registered, I don't give a damn if ACORN didn't get your registration turned in on time. Whose fault is it if you sit around your house waiting for someone to come register you to vote. These people don't deserve to vote.

I would settle for not having my tax $ used to fund them. If I'm not mistaken, I believe that they get federal $ to perform their mischief. I think they would vanish without it.

I agree with you totally. However, think about the fact if people don't get legally registered, and can't vote this time around, ACORN business owners get to come back around and get more money from the government in 2008. But! The cat is out of the bag now on the pitiful way the DNC is probably influencing (bribing) ACORN in the disenfranchising at the expense of their own in order to create lawsuits to challenge close races all over the country. i.e a really slick way to try and steal the election.

Click the picture & goto "last" for the latest on Vote Fraud:

...and a note from your compiler of links- near the "last" are links about ACORN, Project Vote, PIGRIM, and other far-Left pressure groups who hide under the "activist" label while subverting representative government.

These nasty characters demean and dilute the value of everyone's vote.

The plan, besides their hope of throwing the election to sKerry, is to so thoroughly corrupt the election results that Mr. Bush will either not be taken seriously, or open to impeachment.

You had better take this stuff seriously- it is a dagger aimed at the heart of the Republic.
