I'm not convinced that the pic of the long haired guy and this guy on the tape are one in the same. It looks to me like the bridge of the nose is way narrower on the guy in the tape. jmo
He's wearing glasses, the bridge you see are his glasses' bridge. Look at the frame closely, you can see the edge of metal lenses around his eyes.
