No it's not the same really.
I used to live next door to a meth addict. He would stay awake for 4 or 5 days at a time. He couldn't set still and would go into a cleanliness frenzy. He would fly into a rage at the slightest provocation or imagined provocation. He had all kinds of paranoid fantasies.
