I am hoping that it is much easier to fraudulently register than it is for fraudulently registered people to vote.

What is the TOTAL population of the state?

If the # of registered voters is over 1/3 of the total population a large part of the registrations are most likely fraudulent.

The Soros organization paid by the number of registrations. Now, how many of those registrations are valid is the question.

If you have had any relatives pass away recently, have their next of kin visit the election board and fill out the form to remove the deceased person from the rolls!

They check for voter registration cards when you vote in OK. At least they do that in my district. That'll stop a lot of nonsense.

Yeah, I had a hard time believing in the newly released voter registration figures. I was hoping that the Republicans will get the upper majority in voter registration figures but I suspected that there is a sign of voter frauds being committed from the Democrats. I mean, it is impossible that a conservative state like Oklahoma will get a huge Democratic majority in voter registration figures.

They never checked in my district (Broken Arrow). One time in about 10 elections did they ever ask to see my license or voter registration card.

I made the same sort of comment a couple of weeks ago (predicting civil war) and got slammed for it. However, with this kind of division, and passions so high, and the future of our country at risk...I wouldn't be surprised.

These are total registration figures not ones recently registered. We only have 3.2 million people in the State.

We are only Republican for National elections -- State legislature has been total RAT for 80+ years and thanks to an Indy and a poorly run Largent campaign we have a RAT Governor. In 2006, we hope to return the Governor's office to Republican control and we hope this year to take at least one of the State Houses after 80+ years.

We registered more Republicans then Dems in Oklahoma this time. My County which is the 3rd largest county for the first time is Republican and we are gaining.

Some of the rural counties have a lot of Dixiecrats who will never register as Republican but will vote Republican in National elections as witnessed by the huge numbers for Pres Bush and here in the 4th District for Tom Cole. If we run a Republican for Governor that is well liked, we can also win that seat back.

We are slowing turning Republican.

Its part of the south, probably 400,000 of those dims are conservatives who havent bothered to change party affiliation.

I second that.

Party registration in Oklahoma isn't that big of a deal. Most older folks are still registered Democrat even if they never vote that way.

Don't spaz about these numbers people.

Good. If Kerry is even close in Oklahoma on Tuesday it would obviously be fraud. In my district, no ID whatsoever is requested.

Yes. I was a registered democrat in Oklahoma, but always voted Republican (until I switched parties). My parents are still registered democrats but always vote Republican for the national races. They will be voting for Dr. Tom.

Your post reminded me of the Red-Blue election map, more specifically the county-by-county Red-Blue maps. I see these maps and wonder how – and why – we stay one country. Knock off California, NY and NE, and the upper Mid-West and the vast majority of what is left is Red. Let them start their own Socialist “utopia.”

Cool it.

Oklahoma is and always has been a Democrat state since its founding days. Like most Southern states, we voted Democrat almost every election--until about 50 years ago. Many Oklahomans--including the Five Civilized Tribes--are ex-Southerners or their descendants. Until Eisenhower, only Harding (1920) and Hoover (1928) bucked the Democrat voting trend on the Presidential ballot. Since Eisenhower, only Goldwater (1964) lost this state for the Republican Party.

DO NOT PANIC. In fact, despite a steadily declining but nevertheless still overwhelming majority in voter registrations, Democrats are 0-9 in Presidential elections in Oklahoma. Republicans have and will hold both United States Senate seats and 4 of 5 seats in the House of Representatives in Washington.

In other words, the Oklahoma Democratic Party majority is nothing more than a mere historical vestige. Bush leads in this state among Republicans, Democrats, and independents. Most Democrats in this state are DINOs. Dinosaurs--Democrats in Name Only.
