A guilty verdict in the murder trial of Edyson Arias.

The jury in Judge Doug Myer's Criminal Court took only 2 and a half hours to find the 35-year-old man guilty of both first degree and felony murder.

Arias was on trial for the March 2003 stabbing death of Jennifer Jill Henderson, an employee of the Homeless Healthcare Center.

Judge Meyer immediately sentenced Arias to life in prison and set a January sentencing date on 2 other counts of theft and burglary.

Ms. Henderson's family and friends filled the courtroom as the verdict was read.

MILDRED IRVIN, VICTIM'S COUSIN: I think he got what he deserved..because he took a young life away from a mother that had two children>

BILL COX< DISTRICT ATTORNEY: We're pleased with the verdict..it's certainly in line with what this defendant deserves..he deserves to spend the rest of his life in the penitentiary.

Arias is a native of Honduras, who was in the country illegally at the time of the murder.

Have the dopes at the INS given him legal status since the murders?

So he gets meal and board for the rest of his life or about 14 years, whichever runs out first? Or maybe parole kicks in at some point, say 6 years from now. Or Honduras complains and we ship him home sooner.

Ummm, no, Mr Prosecutor-Idiot: HE DESERVES THE DEATH PENALTY OR, BETTER YET, A BULLET THROUGH HIS ILLEGAL ALIEN HEAD, DAMMIT!

There's probably many more dead innocents not noted in that article, 4.10.

My blood boils when I think of why America's letting this subhuman filth get away with, in the name of *PC* and *civility*.

The Enemy Within™ gets larger and more powerful, everyday.

The Fourth Estate™ is part of The Fifth Column™ and is eating away at the fragile Foundation of America's Freedom and Liberty, using our own Constitution against us.

We need a Civil War II, to take back this fledgling Nation from the liberal-demokkkRAT-commie-nazi-fascist™ filth, who only want us dead and in servitude. The cleansing will be thorough and ugly, but it needs to be done.

I forget who said it, but I'm paraphrasing here: "The Tree of Liberty needs to be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants..."

It's time. Let's roll.

If this took place in Tennessee could you tell us that somewhere in your posting? Thanks.

"Or Honduras complains and we ship him home sooner."

...and then comes right back in and murders again.

Unfortunately, the victim didn't believe in packing. If she had, the sentence you've recommended would already have been carried out.

No matter which party is in control of DC, the feds will never enforce immigration law. The good side of this is that more and more people will actually start using their 2nd Amendment rights and demanding that states like California stop restricting concealed carry and the like. That will be the inevitable result of our government permitting murdering foreign illegals to stalk us at will.
