Tucker said someone might have been able to see the solar panels from a plane but only "if you knew what you were looking for."

This is surrounding the Los Alamos nuclear weapons lab? What, is surveillance there a joke, or what? I would have expected them to go over that place with thermal imagers, synthetic aperture radars and whatnot every night. I guess not.

Only some of the high tech nuclear areas have tight outside perimeter security. Inside the lab its missing tapes, unaccounted for computer hard drives, etc.
