I got an e-mail from a footsoldier in Cleveland today. She hit 120 GOP and/or "undecided" houses: out of all the undecideds, only 10 were Kerry. Every other house she hit was Bush, plus MANY not on the GOP's list that had Bush signs!

Here's the best part: in May we called all the registered voters in the state and identified them (or they identified themselves) as Rs, Ds, or U's. Last week, they started calling back the U's. She told me her callers said the U's were breaking six-to-one in favor of Bush.

Today, I went out with another volunteer and worked to GOTV here in St. Louis. Our goal was to remind identified GOP voters how much their vote counted. I was told that each name that we marked as a YES for Bush, would go on a list. On Election Day, the MO GOP will have people at the polls, and if by 12:00 PM, those "Yes" voters have not been to vote, they will be called. If by 4:00 PM, they have not been to vote, a Bush Volunteer will be sent to their house to ask if they need help getting to the polls. I was amazed.
