You don't need to get your hopes up again, just understand that the legal problem Sinclair had BEFORE was giving an illegal "donation in kind".
This time a group is buying the time...if that IS the case, then Sinclair has no problems.
Of course, this could fall through since it is possible that the "non Profit" group could back out -- under pressure -- if they are not a 527 group. The group is not named or described.
If they are a regular "non-profit" and tax exempt there could be attacks on their tax exempt status. However, that would be trouble for THEM...not Sinclair.
ALSO, they may not care about losing tax exempt status given the stakes!
