If the ballot was cast legitimately, I don't see the concern. The person cast his/her vote prior to his/her death within the perscribed voting period.
Now, if we can keep the democrats out of the grave yards where they often go to find additional voters. It would be interesting to go back through the last 75 years and see how many "ghosts" voted for democrats over that time span.
I agree. The GOP would be very wise to NOT fight DQing a vote from someone who voted then died. This is a PR war and taking away granny's vote looks pretty cold and given the way the dem spin machine works...would make us look like a bunch of ogers. We do, however, need to keep the already dead from voting.
