In reading today's emails, I realized that this issue is getting VERY CLOSE to the surface - where even the MSM won't be able to ignore it.

As webmaster of combatvetsagainstkerry.com, I've been posting articles about this for the past month.

I thought it was time to put them all in the same place, so anyone could find them EASILY. SPREAD THE WORD!!!

It is too late because the Administration and/or the Republican Party decided to "take the high road".

I'm not sure how burying this story for weeks is "taking the high road", but that's how I see them handling it.

I don't think so.

If this story gets out there, and this election isn't "decided" on Tuesday, this story could make a HUGE difference.

In the world of contested ballots, voter fraud decisions, and questionable ballots, it would be nice to see some of the Democrats in the position to make the decisions change their mind about their candidate if they become disgusted enough with him.

They just might be persuaded by this story to make the right decisions regarding these election issues.

We have to assume that BC04 knows what is in Kerry's files and that they do not see a need to use it, at the moment - a hold card. If so, then holding this may be extremely useful in getting the Dems to back-off the post-election legal fights that would undermine the legitimacy of a victory that is less than a landslide. Imagine the problem of pursuing legal action for a candidate who received a less than honorable discharge. It would kill the Democratic Party.
So assuming, and this is a big assumption, that the internal GOP polls indicate that we are in good shape, there may well be a potent rationale for letting this potential Sword of Damocles dangle awhile longer.

There was a post at 4:00(EST)this morning about an interview JFK gave on November 6, 1971.

Swiftvets found this interview of Kerry in 1971 form Cspan. After discussing the Medal Toss he is asked about a dishonorable discharge

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1262429/posts

In the interview, the moderator said something very strange. He said,"We're talking to former Lt. John Kerry." He then went on to ask the following question, "Was there ever any question about you being dishonorably discharged?" Kerry replied, "Oh no, no, that has never been questioned."

On the prior thread, people seemed to get hung up on the supposed admission that Kerry didn't dispute the dishonorable discharge thing. I personally think that he was saying, my discharge has never been questioned. But obviously, there has to have been a discharge for there to have been a question about it.

Also, why would be be introduced as "Former" Lt. John Kerry on 11/06/71? Also, why would he not state that he was still an officer on active reserve. In 1970 he was transferred to Active Reserve but supposedly not "discharged". He was scheduled to be discharged in mid 1972, but only "record" of discharge was in 1978 under Carter.

I'm just a mom, but if I hadn't been discharged, I would have corrected the moderator about the use of the term "former". I would have noted that I was still an officer on active reserve. Can anyone imagine a possibility of JFK passing up a chance for self-aggrandizement? One can only imagine him saying, I am an officer in the United States Navy, a highly decorated Viet Nam Vet.

Perhaps the moderator misspoke and Kerry didn't bother to correct him, but again at the end he says, "Former Lt. John Kerry" and again, no correction from Kerry.

How does this square with a 1978 discharge?

Just curious.

If we want this to be credible, we need to use the correct terms. I've always heard "less than honorable" to describe general, bad conduct, & dishonorable discharges. I'm not sure what all of the categories are, but I've never heard of a "non-honorable" discharge.

John Kerry's Discharge
He won't sign Form 180
What is he hiding?

"There is overwhelming evidence that the Navy gave John Kerry either a dishonorable discharge
or an undesirable discharge – which is the equivalent of a dishonorable discharge
without the felony conviction – and that, as a result of such discharge,
he was stripped of all of his famous but questionable Navy awards and medals.

And the kicker? The evidence is on his website!"
