I think publicizing this is a mistake. This could make the undecideds in the swing states vote for Kerry. I think assuming that we aren't like the Spainards is a big mistake. I think the Post is out of line for publishing this.

I think the Post is out of line for publishing this.No, I disagree. You can blame the people for making the wrong decision on election day, but the media should not withhold facts because of how they perceive it might impact the election.
The key is, the media needs to be objective in its reporting of those facts.

The MSM will spin OBL's words to benefit Kerry--not translating the document accurately was done for Kerry's benefit, because the demoncRATs know that W is believed by the nation to be stronger on national defense than Kerry. Not translating the threats were done to mitigate the perception of a threat.
