A federal judge appointed by Bill Clinton has yet again ruled in favor of the vote fraud for which their party is so infamous.
U.S. District Judge Susan Dlott today decided to throw out Ohio's law allowing whistle-blowers to stop fraud at polling sites.
Story Continues Below
The Ohio Republican Party plans to appeal to the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati. One day before the election? Good luck.
Dlott is the same judge who rejected Republicans' attempts to have a fair election by throwing out tens of thousands of fake "voter" registrations.
Her new decree is especially notable in light of the Cleveland Plain Dealer's revelation Sunday that 27,000 Ohioans are registered to vote in Florida as well.
Jimmy Carter will be crushed finding himself betrayed by the Clintonistas once again!
Another Judge who thinks she not only IS the law but the wellspring of any law she sees fit
to inact...
Usurping our constitution by the judiciary...who'd have anticipated crooked judges as the 'enemy within'
imo
Impeachment time.
What the hell do we need the legislative branch for when the judicial branch does it for us?
How do we go about impeaching this "judge"?
I thought only Supreme's got a lifetime appointment..
Why Bush hasn't parroted the phrase, "I'd like to address that as soon as congress brings me a bill".........I have no idea? You'd think we don't have a congress?
Stupid pathetic America. Just last night I heard Senator Herb Kohl explaining that he can't look one more child in the eye and tell them they have to be sick and die because they have no healthcare insurance, and that under a Kerry Administration, that will end. Just what the eff has Kohl been doing for 20 years? Taunting dying children in secret?
