It is pathetic. That's why I'll be re-posting Governor Bush's contact information here this week. Until I do that, the Fla House, Senate and Jeb's email addresses are at www.myflorid.com.

Of course, the Court is abusing their powers and I mean pick one: Sixth Circuit, 2nd DCA, Fla Supremes.

Sticking with Jeb and the Fla legislature is our best bet. I hope Terri's Law legislators win their races tomorrow. If Frank Farkas wins tomorrow, (St. Petersburg), he should also be contacted because although he voted for Terri's Law, he may go wobbly on a new bill to protect the disabled from the bad exit protocols in our laws thanks to Sen. Prez Jim King, who is in a "real" hospice hall of fame. Isn't that a FARCE?

I don't remember. Did the court declare the entire law unconstitutional, or only as it affects this case? And if the former, what was their logic? If the logic is that the legislature can not affect a pending case, then it ought to be enforceable at least to the next case.
