I think you meant ''Share'' the optimism, didn't you? And, yes, I think that the msm is just about kaput.

On the other hand, too much optimism leads to complacency. No, some optimism with a touch of fear is what we need.

I guess we have the "Fear" part down this time. Just remember the feeling, after reading the "landslide" postings (OK, there were not many of them, but enough!) the next day.

Maybe I am just superstitious. But I would rather lose sleep tomorrow night because of adrenaline rushes rather than despair.

Dig in folks, it's all about our individual States now.

There were threats against early voters in Florida who sported Bush buttons.

Nothing stops us from voting tomorrow...no rain, no storms, no threats.

We vote.

I have heard that early voters are skewing Democratic.

Needless to say get out and vote. I already did my job voted in early october. Hopefully NJ will go my way!

Will the absantee ballots only be counted unless it could impact the victor?

I agree. But where else is this news about GeeDubya's 8 point lead getting out? People who don't watch closely will be none the wiser. I'll be far happier than an ocean full of clams if GeeDubya holds the current 8 point lead.

Well I heard it and I intend to vote tomorrow as many times as the law will allow. Because I believe there is no kill like overkill.

When you got em by the nutz their hearts and minds will follow.

What were you saying about exit polling?

I said that the pollsters do exit polling of "early voting" the same way they do of regular voters.

You missed my point....the exit polls were worthless in this election. They are suspected of being phonied up, the early exit polls had Kerry way ahead.

Maybe some, not all. The point is, we did not hear of the legit exit polls because the Dems figured out how to "fix" some of the early ones. Trust me, Rove and the gang had some exit polls going early to know what was happening.
