Dasshole is truly pond scum. He had ads of him with President Bush, but everybody knows that if he wins he's going to go right back to the obstructing and Rat tactics that made him infamous. Frankly I'm not surprised by this latest move.
Expect them to try to run fraudulent actions through EARLY in the voting day, before a hearing might overturn anything...
Great work, and I've gone over to Yahoo.:)
THEY FILE SUIT BEYOND THE LAST MINUTE TO LIMIT THE CHANCES OF REVERSAL BEFORE POLLS OPEN TOMORROW. FRAUD IS ON THE WAY, NO DOUBT ABOUT IT.

an interesting link.
I am a poll watcher in NC. It is completely ridiculous to suggest poll watchers intimidate voters. At the meeting where I was at we were told NEVER to talk to any voters becasue the Democrats will attempt to claim intimidation or what have you. If we see improprieties we go to the head judge of that polling area and tell him/her. If they dont take action then we are to call the Republican hotline and they will send someone or tell us what the next step should be. There was not even a mention of intimidation and no one at the meeting even had such a thought cross their minds. Everyone was there was honest and wanted to keep the eleciton fair. There was also talk about war stories in which democrats would try to cheat, either individually or, more dangerously, on the macro level.
In fact, they said most honest poll judges, democrat and republican, WELCOME party poll watchers because that way there are more eyes and ears there that see that NOTHING is going on. In other words, if someone brings a charge against the center they have 2 rep and 2 dem poll watchers who can testify that nothng illegal happened.
I wonder what little Tommy is afraid someone might see.
Thune should counter sue by statins that Dascle is no longer a legal resident of South Dakota in light of his property tax exemption claims.
No wait, that is his plan for the voting tomorrow.
Sorry.
You're in S. Dakota. Tell us.
Will this get big headlines, front page in SD?
Sure looks like a late hit by a desperate man.
Is it going to p*** S. Dakotans off as much as we
think it is???
I hope someone will post what happens at this hearing.
LMFAO!!!!! If this doesn't expose him for the Commie he really is, I don't know what will. Wonder how quick his poll numbers are really going to drop now?? LOL!!!
It's Deja Vu all over again...
From John Fund, WSJ Opinion Journal, 11-6-2002
In South Dakota, site of the most hotly contested Senate race, Democratic lawyer James Leach wrote to Federal District Judge Lawrence Piersol last month asking if the party should file a request for a possible injunction with him since two other federal judges would be unavailable. The letter raised eyebrows because Judge Piersol is a former Democratic state legislator who was the lead lawyer in the bitter 1978 recount that won Tom Daschle his first race for Congress by 139 votes. Meanwhile, South Dakota Republicans have hinted at their own postelection challenge if the Senate race is decided by absentee ballots and there's evidence some were illegal. Maka Duta, a contract worker for the Democrats who authorities say will be charged with forgery in connection with absentee-ballot applications, has put out a press release claiming her work was directly overseen by supervisors at state Democratic headquarters.
