It sounded like they were because the Judge called the jury back in to read a portion of the law and told them to have an open mind and keep at it.

That was right after the boat view this AM...evidently there was some interaction he observed..two of them got into the boat and rocked it.
I think he sensed some juror/jurors were needing some convincing and the others were trying to prove a point by getting in the boat and jumping in it.
