It is gambling and someone touched off a panic. It is now Bush down 18 and Kerry up about 14. Some are making a lot of money and some are losing.

I don't have any idea what "their" record is. This is a group of gamblers who have panicked on some rumors. I didn't gamble any money so it means nothing to me. The big swing now is purely based on some raw numbers that spread over the internet.
