It's official - Kerry has conceded, so Fox just called Nevada for the President.
Yeah, stolen by a guy winning the electoral and popular vote for a change.
If this is old news, I apologize. Minnesota doesn't have provisional ballots, because MN allows same day registration. You can go to the polls on election day, register, and then vote.
