A guy at my office works the phones for Kerry Northwest campaigns.
Their people are freaking about data showing indicating Kerry tied or losing Oregon.

Good, but it's those silly exit polls.

The late data posted on NRO shows the race is tightening... means Kedwards' big lead early in the day is disappearing. If Kerry can't hold OR, if Bush does take it - I see a big night for the President. We'll see.

I almost can't believe this!
On the other hand, if Bush takes Oregon, we are in great shape.

Yes but this is LATE in the day. Shouldn't they have the Left Coast locked up?

Drudge says Ohio is tied. Florida is within .1 of a dead heat..

Anyone know of a live online electoral vote map? I can't stick on FR for much longer, and TV coverage is too boring.

This is ALL good news.
That the leak to Drudge was about the Kerry exit poll numbers shows they are DESPERATE to depress Republican turnout. There has been NOTHING that the Rats haven't done to try and slow that, and no polls except today's where Kerry has even come close to Bush.
That Drudge fell for the exit leak story is unfortunate. But it is normal that we would see it, as they are trying so hard to keep the wheels from coming off on the left coast that we simply do not know what they will do next.
All I can say is vote, and keep your ammo ready.

If true the race is over no way Kerry loses Oregon and wins. It would bode well for a very good night for GWB nationally
