Bring 'em on...we've got some Clinton wackos at the federal district level, but the Ohio Supreme Court and the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati have Republican majorities. Additionally, our Secretary of State Ken Blackwell and the state attorney general have their legal teams ready to move, plus hundreds of GOP hired legal guns. This is not Florida 2000; any legal challenge will be short-lived. If the Dims want to get legally b--ch slapped, tell them to come to Ohio. We'll be happy to chew up some more of the Heinz trust fund. Ironic, isn't it? The Dims are relying on Republican money (in part) to preserve Frenchie's fading Presidential hopes...
