Do you have any idea who I should contact in CA (or elsewhere) about the returns for Nevada county here in California - that is reporting 112.8% voter turnout with 78.2% of the precincts reporting?

Contact three offices: the State's Attorney in that County. Assuming he's either corrupt or lazy, then, the Attorney General of California. Assuming he won't act, the press.

The numbers for Nevada county got as high as 144% of the public voting. Surprisingly the website shows 100% today.
