At 7pm, I tried to roll videotape on the election coverage (my VCR heads died and it is not even a year old).
The talking points from the anchors was all "this is a referendum on the economy".
Nope. Nuh uh.
It was a response to the media, to the homosexual agenda, to Michael Moore, to Rathergate, to Kerry's post-service Vietnam War activity, to the UN, to France, to a WHOLE lot of things.
Now that the election is over, I wish that the media would go back to their "pre-Abu Ghraib" coverage (which was necessary to spin audiences to Howard Dean). No point in further hurting the US troops in Iraq (and giving ammo to the terrorists). Heck, maybe we can even decimate some of their strongholds now.

Wisconsin should get some forces legal too. That's also just too close to have been called.

The Ohio SOS was on Fox last night with Brit. Very interesting that he's convinced a majority of those provisional ballots are ours. OH had 1 million voters over 2000 with 25% evangelical (wasn't sure what this was - I broke down when I heard that).
They do have punch card ballots in OH. The margin is larger than a possible recount.
I agree - declare victory without a concession.

Right.
The country club that brought you Oil for Food wants to run Wall Street, as well.

Republicans also gained at least two seats in the Senate while the Democrats lost four.
The Democrats also lost SIX in the House.

Calm down.
There was plenty of help on the ground already. Everyone knew that Ohio would be close and shenanigans were planned.
This is the big guns.
It is IMPOSSIBLE for Kerry to steal Ohio!
