Bush team floated 10:30AM ET to push Kerry, but Kerry camp said 'Sit Tight. We're talking concession.'
Bush then relented, naming noon to keep the pressure on.
Other scenario: If Kerry says again, 'Sit tight,' Bush is expected to go and claim victory.
If Kerry says, 'Im conceding at 2,' Bush will hold.

Silly question...
Will it be a statesman like address or a parting shot?

Because Ford lost Ohio by 8,000 votes in 1976 and conceded to Carter?

Or will Kerry concede and still want to count the votes?

The kool-aid is being handed out at DU. They are in tears. Some of them are actually calling on other countries to boycott America.

Yes, I did. Five whole hours! More than enough to enjoy today.
Douglas Brinkley on MSNBC saying that Bush is going to HAVE to rule from the middle if he wants bipartisan help.
I think NOT.
