No, Iowa hasn't been called yet and I have no idea why. Wisconsin has absentees to count yet, and no one knows wtf is up in NM.

Richardson is a control freak. Last year he made it publicly clear that anyone who fails to obey his orders will pay the price.

There are 2 precents not fully counted in NM, and a few outstanding absentee ballots, still not enough to push Kerry up and over, same thing with Iowa.

60,000 uncounted absentee ballots. They should pad Bush's margin, but until they're counted, you can't really call it.
