I'll second that.

No other single reform can do so much good.

I'm sure the lawyer class doesn't agree. But screw'em.

I'm part of the lawyer class, but nevertheless, I would like tort reform on the state level where it belongs. Other than amending the jurisdiction of the federal courts (which will have no impact on state law), what is the constitutional basis for national tort reform?
