The families of these fallen heroes have gone through the grief of losing a loved one and now must be subjected to the ultimate insult from Michael Moore using their loved one's image this way. If he used a photo of someone I loved this way I would sue his fat ass into oblivion.

If I was a relative of one of our martyred heros, I would be outraged that Moore is using him/her against fellow soldiers. Moore is such scum. The fact that he had it ready suggests to me that he knew Kerry was going to lose.
I only wish it was possible. Since my son's photo was released by the Defense Department at the time of his death, I suspect that would mean it is in the public domain. As much as I would like to sue him for the use of Brian's photo in his disgusting little mosaic, it probably is not doable.
On the other hand, if he would care to meet me to "discuss" the use of my hero son's photo for his own personal political statement and aggrandisement, I would be happy to kick his fat terrorist-loving, anti-American, twisted, lying, disgusting a** from here to a week from next Tuesday.

I am so sorry for your loss. If Michael Moore is profiting in any way through the use of your son's photo, I would think you would have to give your consent. Heck, you can't use Elvis Presley's image without the consent of his estate. Your son is even more precious, he died in service to his country. I would love it if someone put together a class action against that fat weasel.
It's like that scene at the end of "Lord of the Rings" when the earth opens up and swallows all the bad guys.

I am so sorry for your loss. I can feel your pain as one of my best friends was murdered this week. While my pain is the result of a needless random act of violence, your son died in honor has country. I am eternally humbled by sacrifices made by patriots like your son. God bless.
