Two more Buddhists killed in Thailand (ROP strikes again)

BANGKOK (Reuters) - Two more Thai Buddhists have been killed in Muslim-majority southern Thailand, police say, as outrage mounted over the death last week of 85 Muslims, many in military custody.

Police Major Kraw Kosaikanon, 55, was shot in the head on Thursday morning at his family grocery store in Yala province by a militant posing as a customer, officials said.

In a separate incident late on Wednesday, a father and son were ambushed on a road near their home in the southern province of Narathiwat, where 85 Muslim protesters died last week, 78 of them suffocation in army custody.

The father died at the scene but his son survived with shotgun wounds to his hand, police said.

Around 450 people have died in a 10-month wave of violence that erupted in January when militants stormed an army camp in Thailand's remote south bordering Malaysia, killing four soldiers and making off with several hundred assault rifles.

Last week's tragedy, which Muslims have branded a "massacre", unleashed outrage and grisly reprisals, including the beheading of a Buddhist village leader, a grim echo of the decapitation of hostages by militants in Iraq.

Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra appears at a loss to control the unrest, which is looking increasingly like a Muslim separatist insurgency in a region with a history of often violent opposition to rule from mainly Buddhist Bangkok.

In a sign the almost daily shootings or explosions are starting to raise the political temperature in the capital, two senators came to blows on Wednesday as another reported on a fact-finding trip to the scene of last week's tragedy.

Seven killed in further Thai unrest

Police in Thailand say another seven people have been killed in separate attacks in Thailand's restive southern region over the last 24 hours.

The violence follows the deaths last week of 87 Muslims, many of whom suffocated while being held in Army trucks.

Two state railway workers and a policeman were shot dead early today, while four other people were killed yesterday.

The attacks are believed to be in revenge for last week's custody deaths.

come on true Thai people , don't be pussies !
rise up! and eye for an eye...
go after these fake Thai moslems .
Kick um out or take um out...
You will never have a decent country anymore until
you free yourselves from the cancer of spreading Islam
in Thailand .
How much more proof do you need?
Just think of them as on the par with the Burmese
of 250 yrs ago and it will make your task a little
easier....

They should pack some more of the muzzies in trucks and drive them around. Repeat steps as necessary until muzzies learn lesson or there aren't any muzzies left.

I thought the 'thats funny' part didn't sound right. I don't really think its funny but instead a tragedy. If there is any religion that hasn't attacked anyone, its the Buddhists. You have to be really sick to hate a Buddhist. You may not agree with them, but they honestly try to be good.

This really pi$$es me off. The Buddhists I know are some of the nicest people I've had the pleasure of encountering, and those Mulsim ba$tards can think of nothing more than murdering them.

If the Moozies want an apocalypse, I say we give it to 'em.
