Be sure to let the slugs know that this is A.) a typo and B.) since it's got their drawers in such a bunch we're going to look very hard at the results from Cuyahoga county and Michigan and Pennsylvania.

Do they *really* want to discuss voter fraud?

If memory serves me correctly, they had the same problem in New Mexico in 2000, except that it was Bush that got shafted.

I do poll checking ... in pa many of the state races had less votes than the presidential race ...

i.e. people didn't vote in those races. while working as a greeter for bush I heard numerous people say they had no idea who the candidates where in some of the statewide races.

Ask the DNC to release their pre-election internals from Ohio.

I had a registered name over there that I acquired about 2 weeks ago. I made it 4 posts and 10 minutes before they banned me. I didn't play it to well I guess.....

It's clearly a typo. But given that the result is more than 130,000 votes, this is clearly nothing.

There were a number of such anomalies that turned up in UNOFFICIAL results on election night.

New Mexico showed 20,000 votes for Kerry, none for Bush, none for any other candidate when one precinct from one county clocked in. Hard to say if that was fraud or error as I have been unable to find any PRECINCT by PRECINCT results of Albuquerque.

Nevada County in California was showing 144% voter participation until the early hours of the morning. Now they report something like 79% turnout.

I live in Fairfield Cty. a neighbor of Franklin Cty where Gahanna is located. This year when I went to vote there were at least 2000 people waiting which was absolutely unprecedented. I could not imagine what was going on. Then I asked and found that the majority of these voters lived in Columbus, but their county was Fairfield instead of Franklin where most of Columbus votes. They had changed the polling place for these people. If one were to go to our precinct and look for past history they would find the same type of annomaly.

A lot (repeat that LOT) of people only vote for in a Presidential election. Many of them only vote for President. These people over at DU are dumb as rocks.

I am an election judge. I can tell you that this happened a lot in this election. Many people came out and only voted on two things: President, and gay marriage. They left all the other items blank! Common. No fraud there...One does NOT have to fill in all the blanks. What counts is if there were more votes for Bush than people who signed the poll book.

I'm sure that many people who normally do not pay attention to local or state politicos went to the polls this time for the SOLE purpose of voting for President. It would not surprise me that President Bush got far more votes than the total of others. If the ballots are legit, then the undervote is meaningless. If you don't know any of the candidates a wise person just might skip all choices rather than take a WAG.

So what - some people just vote for President. As we may remember that the FL recount had a lot of ballots where a lot of numb n*ts did not vote at all. Got in line - went to booth - did nothing - dropped in box.

I don't know what this incident is but you always want to create fraudulent votes votes for your opponent if you plan on creating fraudulent votes for yourself..

You would want to make this "smear fraud" very easy to find knowing that the fraud for your candidate will require more work to uncover.

If you come out ahead, you get to put the fraud issue to rest with "he's accusing us of fraud but look at THIS!".

It is absolutely necessary to plant fraud to the benefit of your opponent if you plan fraud to benefit yourself. If you want 100,000 extra votes, your create 150,000 extra votes for yourself and 50,000 ( easier to find ) extra votes for your opponent.
