So splitting your estimate at 40,000 and backfilling it withe NYC's population at an assumed 9 million, that would equal .004 or four hundred thousandth of one percent! I would say this proves conservatism works.

Percentage wise, it has gotten somewhat better. But the "mole people" still scare me.
