Stereotypes of Bush voters absurd

George W. Bush received more votes in Tuesday's election than any presidential contender in the history of the United States, and I would like to believe Michael Moore was partly responsible.
Here, after all, was not simply a film director whose "Fahrenheit 9/11" emitted a vile propagandistic stink, indicating something contemptible in the mind-set of its creator, but someone who went trotting about Europe telling the adulatory press that Americans "are possibly the dumbest people on the planet."

These citizens may suppose their lives add up to at least as much as the lives of celebrities taking time from their divorce schedules to issue morally superior pronouncements about issues they don't understand.Good one!

Ever notice that no one EVER talks about Michael Moore's Dad? He has a dad, or is this a "who's your daddy" question? Trial? I want the dirt, please.

I hope everything these snobs say about those who voted for Bush gets out to the public.
I also hope they invoke Hillary's name and the democrats too just to ice the cake.

I get special joy -- I must get over this -- in contemplating the hell Michael Moore might go through if he dwelled on the possibility that he contributed to the Bush victory by so unmistakably signaling his elitist attitudes.Couldn't have said it better myself.

The best offense is a great defense. I say let Michael Moore and his ilk garner all the anti-America bashing possible. Their help to our cause was bottomless. Go Hollywood go. We love you guys.

You just gotta love that Micheal Moore, don't you?
I mean, here we have a guy, spending the best part of the last 3 years, stirring up as much anti-American hatred as he can in every corner of the world, especially in Europe, turning round and then actually having the unmitigated gull to try and tell the same Americans who he says are the "dumbest people on the planet", to vote for Hanoi John Kerry.
Can you believe this guy?
Its no surprise The American people told him what he could do with his stupid message..that is to shove it where the sun doesn't shine.

Wasn't there a guest on the O'Reilly Factor a while back that did a poll and found that independents who saw Moore's film decided to vote for Bush?? Anyone else remember that?? Sounds like Moores movie probably did push many towards Bush.

...I say let Michael Moore and his ilk garner all the anti-America bashing possible. Their help to our cause was bottomless...Hollywood et.al. has the power of the media behind them. A select few are able to get their select message out to the masses with relative ease. The American Voter, conversely, has the power of the vote, which we use to amplify our relatively insignificant voice. Guess which one is more powerful? Who's the idiot now?

The Hollywood types are in a major dilemma. Forever they've been saying, it's Bush we hate. Now that the people have spoken and supported Bush, they're logically going to start bashing the people. The stupid ones will just fade away into oblivion, the smart ones will stick to more positive messages and shut up about politics if they want anyone to go see any of their movies/tv/concerts.PS What about MIchael Moore's dad??? Details, details...I am not above gossip.

It is a proven fact that Dems get the felon vote. They lobby to let felons vote for them. At election time, Dem voters link hands with the felons and march off to the polls together. That is with rustlers, cut throats, murderers, bounty hunters, desperados, mugs, pugs, thugs, nitwits, halfwits, dimwits, vipers, snipers, con men, Indian agents, Mexican bandits, muggers, buggerers, bushwhackers, hornswogglers, horse thieves, bull dykes, train robbers, bank robbers, ass-kickers, sh*t-kickers and Mooreons.

I had an elevator experience at work this week. A guy is moaning and groaning about the election, how about how all those crazy uneducated right-wing fundamentalists elected Bush. Then he turned to me and said: "I hope you aren't one of them."
My response: "No, I am not uneducated and I am not a fundamentalist."
It went right over his head. :-)
