I hope the extremists are happy with the result of their constant barrage of hate. Had the left not fed his sickness he would be alive to protest like a rational adult.

Could be he was in NYC during 9/11. Afterwards a lot of people just went numb and never came back.

Ironically, the dead man was a member of Handgun Control.

Maybe he was afraid of being drafted, or maybe his fiance broke up with him, maybe he lost a bundle in the stock market. Who knows? Certainly not the writer of the article.

I guess the MSM is poised to blame Bush for every Kerry supporter that commits suicide for awhile. This is just the beginning, I fear.

"Veal apparently was distraught over President Bush's re-election"

I admire a man who stands by his convictions. Too bad more rats do not follow his example.

OK, even I can't make light of someone's death. I hope he's in a better place now and can find the peace he was seeking.

good heavens. I was disappointed in 92 and 96. hell, I even gave up television for 3 years after 92. but that is just unbelievable.

a sick man, obviously. there would have been another reason sooner or later, most likely sooner.

I've kinda been expecting to see more of this considering how many Dims have been yelling about leaving the country and stuff such as Moore's list of 17 reasons not to slit your wrists, etc.

This man obviously had mental problems. I am sorry he did not seek the help he needed.

What is it with you people? The man is dead. Isn't that enough for you without having to joke about him?

Making fun of dead people is NOT being "witty."

" The man, Andrew Veal"

I would probably have problems, too if I was raised in a small box and was kept in the dark all the time.
