Notice I said Reagan is, not was, because He is not Dead, He is just away, and that is more true now since 11/2/04. God bless Ronald Reagan, God bless George Bush, and God bless America.

"It's a national tragedy," he said. "This election is devastating to all who believe in democracy."

No, balloonhead. It's not a NATIONAL tragedy if a majority of people voted in the guy. Isn't that the definition of "democracy"?

I actually feel sorry for the poor idiot, but moreso for his family. Thanks to him, they will think of losing their kid every time Bush is mentioned or is in the news.

This is the product of our childish culture, where we have "adults" reading comic books, playing X-Boxes and living at home forever (it used to be embarassing just to stay til you were 40--now some NEVER leave). They attach such personal value to elections without applying intellectual distance.

Let me put it this way: I bet this guy hated Bush, but he couldn't have a rational discussion about the issues, name his congressman, or discuss the Magna Carta, Versailles, the Bay of Pigs, or even more recent historical events. But he knew who said "Vote or Die!" and who Springsteen and Michael Stipe were backing for president.

This is what it has come to...the MSM and the liberals in hollywood have professed this hatred of Bush to these impressionable kids - said things like killing themselves, leaving the country, etc. without the intent to do it.

Hey Michael Moore, you like to say that Bush has blood on his hands, well so do you. Your lies and your constant drumbeat drama caused this kid to lose sight of reality. Your lack of values and morality has lead to the death of a brain washed child...when you go to sleep tonight, picture his face. Because you killed this kid. Period.

Sad story. I was just thinking what I would do if Kerry had won...

Well, get up out of bed the next day and go to work and make the best out of life. What else?

We survived 8 years of Clinton, after all.

It's sad. It highlights the difference between humanism and Christianity.

When the exit polls were coming in and I was at work, I felt so depressed. I went into a little-used stairwell and started to weep and pray. God comforted me with the fact that He was in control of the final outcome and that everything happened for a purpose.

This poor soul believed that everything was determined by human will and human effort and that there is no guarantee of final victory for good v. evil.

This poor man was terribly deceived. Prayers for his family.

WTF???????? Why would someone be so depressed over the loss of John Kerry? This person got some serious problems. Why would he even go to Ground Zero and do that????????

Guys like Dan Rather and Michael Moore would be the first to lay the blame for this at the front gate of the Whitehouse. This is, of course, the mentality that goes into the creation of suicide bombers and other participants in "martyrdom operations." People get indoctrinated with what to think, instead of learning how to think for themselves. I'll bet this guy was cut from the same cloth as that Burkett jerk who gave the made-up documents to Mary Mapes. What a stupid waste.

I blame the left and their brainwashing for this.

(Also, this kid was obviously not balanced.)

As tempted as I am to make a joke about this, this guy was obviously troubled to begin with. What is absolutely vile to me are those on the left who are using this poor idiot's demise as another opportunity to spew their venom at the President.

To put things in perspective, young men and women the same age as this guy are tonight risking their lives for our country (and the rest of the unappreciative free world) as they go after pure evil in Fallujah. Kids in American uniforms, thousands of miles from home are going to be killed protecting us tonight. Sorry if I don't spend much time pondering or caring why this Georgia kid did what he did.

straught over the re-election of President George W. Bush, a Georgia man traveled to New York City, went to Ground Zero and killed himself with a shotgun blast, police said yesterday.

Alas the world is less one more weak-minded fool. I wish there would be more of this natural selection.

This is really bizarre. Someone who is very distraught over at the loss of John Kerry goes to what use to be the World Trade Center and commits suicide. 2,742 people lost their lives on September 11, 2001, a horrible day no one will forget.
