It is indeed tempting to dance on the poor fool's grave. However, the distorted fear-mongering by Kerry's supporters/Bush's haters is the most likely reason for his despair.

Remember, Kerry himself had leapt upon Bush's suggestion to explore taking 2% of SSI to put into a personal account to scare blue-haired old ladies into thinking that they will be thrown into the gutter if Bush is elected.

As I had explained in another thread, Kerry was willing to sacrifice a great deal in order to be elected.

I have to admit to being surprised that Kerry conceded rather than try to undermine the American people's confidence by challeging the election results in court.

Kerry even talked about the draft himself and Kerry himself talked about a million African-Americans being denied the vote.

It was truly a vicious hate campaign
