It's not surprising why the democrats lose elections. They have very immature "adults" working within their campaign, and in fact many of the highest level democrats are immature "adults". Case in point - Bill Clinton. This Prestegaard woman is truly a pathetic creature - a product of the self-esteem based American school system. I would be very interested to know what field she is in as a "young professional". My guess would be something like "massage therapy" or perhaps "underwater midwifery". Of course, she may be a "grad student", of the type who has 5-6 years in and still hasn't passed her prelims. I'll hazard a guess that many, if not most, of the 20-something people who support kerry are of this ilk.
I would guess she's in either sociology or Womens' Studies. I knew a lot of people like this in college -- only they were Star Trek junkies. One of them committed suicide when the series was cancelled.
This little girl (who probably lives with her parents) can't tell the differene between reality and fantasy. Perhaps she can find new hope in supporting Harry Potter.
