The new leader wil be the one that gets his hands on the money first. It would be a screaming hoot if the money is in fact in Europe, and Arafat's wife wants it for herself. What would the EUroweenies do if by giving all his assets to his wife as their PC laws require also means that the PA loses all that money cause she does the "it's all about me" thing and tells them to stuff it.
