Totally off topic -- but our business (mom and pop, hubby and me) has been stiffed SO MANY TIMES by those of a particular nationality my husband refuses to work for them anymore. Don't even know if this is legal or not, don't know if it's morally right. I asked once about their particular habit, not just of stiffing, but of trying to negotiate the price downward
after the work is done, and was told it's their culture. So I guess it's our culture to refuse to work for them.
Just thought I'd vent.
