I am afraid they will be as well. Such a shame...I truly feel that he did it. Who else could have? I have never heard a plausible theory for anyone else or why.

I am not surprised. There just wasn't enough hard evidence against Scott Peterson.

Greta must be sooooo happy... she gets to talk about the Peterson case for the next 3 years, right through the re-trial.

You know there's at least one person who's enamored by Scott. He's outta there.

There is plenty of evidence to convict Scott. Someone just plain adores Scott or identifies with him.

He'll not be convicted. Trust me.

If they hang, and decide on a do-over, will Greta continue her infatuation -- each and every night, as the talking heads do the same things, over and over and over and over, etc...?

No murder weapon, no cause of death, no evidence at the house, one hair in the boat and they are deadlocked? The food must be good at the courthouse.

Who else could have? I have never heard a plausible theory for anyone else or why.

I agree with you in that he's the most logical choice for the murderer, but in this country, fortunately, the defendant need not suggest an alternative theory when the prosecution fails to meet his burden.
