Kerry won NH.
Almost no legal Mass. resident would have wasted time to go vote in Mass. Most Mass. residents live in areas so predominantly Democrat that wasting the time to drive back to their Mass. poll location would not have even been a consideration. So those in NH on business/pleasure/college stayed in NH and voted in NH. Those who wanted to "further the cause" committed fraud and drove up to NH from MA just to vote for Kerry/Lynch etc. Year round NH residents better push hard to have much stricter motor voter provisions established in their state, as well as push Bass Bradley and Gregg to repeal/repair Motor Voter Act.

How did Gregg win with such a large vote and the state not go to Bush? That question makes me personally wonder if vote fraud was much a factor at all in this election.

Maybe, maybe not. Something tells me we're gonna find out.
