The organisation - whose name translates as "excommunication and migration"

Another site says it can also be translated as "anathema and exile" or possibly "excommunication and emigration."

I'm wondering if the most accurate translation might be "deep-cover covert infiltration", since its philosophy revolves around blending into the target population until it's time to strike
