John Kerry is already thinking of running in 08' according to a news report I heard on the radio this morning. We need to put a stake in the heart of his political career now, before it comes to life again.... We did, on 11/2. No one in the DNC will touch him again. Just like Gore in 2000.
To: PBRSTREETGANG
I agree he is a traitor and should not be serving as a Senator.

"Having received a less than honorable discharge from the U.S. Navy and having his records changed by both the Carter and Clinton administrations; . . . " I'm glad someone was listening. Now where is the confirmation?
Another avenue of approach would be to get a statement from the admissions committee at Harvard Law School. They are already on record (1973) as having KNOWLEDGE that Kerry had a less than honorable discharge, and refused to admit him to law school on the grounds that he wouldn't be admitted to the bar after he graduated because of the nature of his discharge.
If they knew the nature of his discharge, they may also know the details.
Here's an excerpt from this link:
"It is hard to see why Mr. Kerry had to file an "extremely late" application since he lost the congressional race in Lowell, Mass., the first week of November 1972 and was basically doing nothing until he entered law school the following September of 1973. A member of the Harvard Law School admissions committee recalled that the real reason Mr. Kerry was not admitted was because the committee was concerned that because Mr. Kerry had received a less than honorable discharge they were not sure he could be admitted to any state bar. (Emphasis mine).

Not sure of the law, but it seems likely that such an action would be barred by a statute of limitations.
Any lawyers out there with federal court experience?

John F. Kerry is already defeated. And defeated BIG TIME! Haven't you learned anything from vampire movies. They aren't dead till the stake is driven in and their heads are severed.
Otherwise they are just hiding from the light of day waiting for a more opportune time to emerge.

Although defeated, John F. Kerry is still a traitor...and is still a United States senator.
Yes he is, much to the disdain of MA people!!! And has a benefactor, and a party who will not allow him to be ousted, no matter what it takes! I do not believe that "war" is exclusive to a declared war, I believe a military action of any kind, where troops are in a foreign country qualifies. As well as his assistance to communist countries we now have sanctions against.
