I wonder how much they pushed the "Alexander was a studly gay guy" angle. I pegged this one as being an agenda movie from the few previews I saw.
Another reviewer on their site posted a hilarious talkback comment saying 'this film will be gayer than LOTR and Phantom of the Opera combined..'
In the History channel show, they stated Alexander had a close male friend, obviously, he therefore had a homosexual relationship. The show was not all that bad, but how the hell do you draw this conclustion is beyond me.
