Not since the early days of Mormonism has there been a more incestuous group...

Being an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Mormons), I take issue with that assertion. While it is a well-known fact that some early members and leaders of the Church practiced polygamy, and have since banned the practice within the Church, there is no basis whatsoever for the charge of incest.

I do not think the author is implying the literal sense of incest, rather that the hollywood crowd rarely associates,on an intimate level, with those who aren`t "hollywood" just as mormons seldom associate with non-mormons (on an intimate level), I am not mormon so please do correct me if I`m wrong on this assertion:)
