I ask you, in a civil war, you look down your scope at the ACLU stormtrooper, what do you feel? RECOIL.

This looks like a no brainer. The SCOTUS already ruled that a person has no right to withhold his or her name from police. The ACLU will lose.

On October 16, 2003, Downing was making a telephone call at Logan Airport, when officials stopped him and “demanded that he produce some identification,” according to the ACLU press release. <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<

Sounds like our old buddy, civil rights activist Don Jackson, the ex-cop who used to troll the streets hoping to look suspicious enough to lure cops into stopping him so he could claim profiling. Ended up in a big ruckus which resulted in an acquittal for the cops, as I recall.

I have never seen such a collection of goose-stepping, knuckledragging, feces-eating mongoloids on one thread with so few replies in 5 years.
