Over the years I've been amazed at the difference between the raw feeds and the subsequent "truth" as defined by MSM. OKC, flight 800, Waco, WMD, Libyan Uranium, and so on.
I see the raw feed and think, "Now there is a story!" and then it changes and since I did not record it there's no going back. There should be an archivist of raw feeds.
i have to admit i did not hear this since i do not listen to npr. i do not believe much of what is credited to npr at any rate.
looks like npr has edited their own report. No longer do they mention Sarin or WMD.

On the fourth day of battle, American troops slow their assault, with U.S. forces battling pockets of resistance in several parts of the city. Several loud explosions rocked Fallujah and sounds of gunfire reverberated through its streets and alleys. Hear NPR's Anne Garrels and NPR's Renee Montagne.
Sounds like the field test for Sarin was positive. There have been false positives before on rapid field testing. Let's see what the final analysis shows before deciding if the reporter is jumping the gun or not.

In a secret operation, the United States last month removed from Iraq nearly two tons of uranium and hundreds of highly radioactive items that could have been used in a so-called dirty bomb, the Energy Department disclosed Tuesday. (104)
Also ferried out of Iraq was 1.95 tons of low-enriched uranium, the department said. (104)
''It speeds up the process,'' Oelrich said, adding that 1.95 tons of low-enriched uranium could be used to produce enough highly enriched uranium to make a single nuclear bomb. (104)
It is unclear what if any of these radioactive sources were in violation of U.N. inspections, or how pure the Uranium was.
So the statement that no WMD have been found is false. What does seem to be true is that Saddam did not possess the great cache of chemical and biological weapons that the United States, the United Nations and almost all countries, including France, Germany and Russia thought he possessed (113). However, even small amounts of Sarin and mustard gas, if used creatively by terrorists, could kill large numbers of people. Of course, it is still possible that larger caches of weapons remain hidden in Iraq or, according to some unsubstantiated rumors, may have been shipped off to Syria or Lybia.
Its from the Iran/Iraq war ... that didnt exist prior to the war but was create ex nihilo after the war because our warmongering not only created more terrorists but created WMDs and doncha know its all about the oil anyway ...
