I think I heard NPR say that the "Sarin gas in a briefcase" was in fact only a test kit for Sarin gas. Did anyone else here that?

Of course... you have to ask yourself, why would innocent, peace-loving terrorists need a test kit for Sarin gas?

i have to admit i did not hear this since i do not listen to npr. i do not believe much of what is credited to npr at any rate.
